Rajendra’s career has spanned some of the most respected names in pharma, including the Refex Group of Companies (RLFC), Jubilant Pharma, Sun Pharmaceutical, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Cipla Ltd., and Zydus Healthcare. His expertise covers a wide range of segments, from Oral Solid Dosages (OSD), Parenterals, APIs, Intermediates, Nutraceuticals, Peptides, Derma, Personal Care, to Crop Protection, giving him a rare breadth of knowledge across diverse product types.

Over the years, Rajendra has successfully navigated inspections and approvals from top global regulatory agencies, including the USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA, EMA, PMDA, and Health Canada. These experiences have strengthened his ability to build robust, inspection-ready quality systems while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

At Jubilant Pharma, he led comprehensive quality initiatives across multiple units, including greenfield projects and external manufacturing sites, aligning operations with global regulatory standards. His approach has always been holistic—combining technical rigor with human leadership to ensure compliance is understood, embraced, and lived by everyone.

Rajendra believes the future of pharmaceutical quality lies not only in meeting regulatory expectations but in embedding a proactive, predictive mindset into every process.
