Ankush Shinde has joined TplusA India Private Ltd. as Vice President – Operations & Projects, bringing with him over 25 years of extensive leadership experience across operations, projects, and manufacturing excellence. With a proven track record in handling both greenfield and brownfield projects for multiple companies and establishing state-of-the-art facilities, Ankush adds strong strategic and operational capabilities to TplusA India.
In his new role, Ankush will head Projects and Operations at TplusA India, where he will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness and efficiency across the business. His focus will include achieving excellence in quality, delivery, productivity, environment, safety, and cost, while ensuring that the organization consistently meets its top-line and bottom-line goals. Known for his ability to lead and motivate teams, Ankush’s leadership is expected to significantly strengthen the company’s operational backbone.
Prior to joining TplusA India, Ankush served as Head of Operations – Polymer, Assembly and New Projects at Hettich India Private Ltd., a leading German multinational in furniture fittings and door hardware solutions. His career portfolio also includes key engagements with Varroc Engineering, Lumax Industries, Attitude Plastics, UNO Minda, and BTPL. Throughout his professional journey, he has built strong expertise in operations management, production planning, plant maintenance, quality management, lean manufacturing, Toyota Production System, process optimization, and team management.
Academically, Ankush holds an MBA, BE, PG-DBM, DPT, DERE, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt, further reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. His strategic acumen in managing production activities and streamlining processes has consistently delivered operational value to organizations he has been associated with.
