Pooja Aggarwal has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Fenesta (Unit of DCM Shriram Ltd.), marking a significant addition to company’s leadership team. With a robust track record spanning over 18 years, Pooja brings a wealth of experience in steering both mature and early-stage businesses across a wide range of industries including financial services, textiles, and elevators.
Prior to joining Fenesta, Pooja held several high-impact roles within the Schindler Group, serving most recently as Managing Director and Business Head at Schindler Lifts NZ Ltd. Her journey with Schindler reflects her ability to lead complex operations, drive growth strategies, and build high-performing teams in global environments. Before that, she was associated with the Aditya Birla Group in multiple strategic capacities—ranging from Category Director at Aditya Birla Group to Head of Young Talent Management at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd., and Head of Key Accounts at Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management.
