Manisha Nair has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications at BluPine Energy, marking a significant milestone in her remarkable HR journey. With over three years at BluPine Energy, Manisha has played a central role in shaping the company’s people strategy and operational excellence, establishing a robust foundation for the fast-growing renewable energy platform.


Her extensive professional background spans renowned organizations in the energy and technology sectors. Prior to BluPine, she held strategic leadership roles at Alfanar Projects, Ostro Energy, and EACIIT, where she led initiatives in HR digitisation, cultural transformation, and talent development. Manisha began her career as a Training Coordinator at SDG Corporation, followed by her role as Senior Associate – Training at First Advantage, building a strong base in learning and development.


An alumna of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and Maharshi Dayanand University, Manisha brings over 20 years of expertise in Strategic HR Interventions, Talent Management, Administration, Compliance, Vendor Management, and HCM Cloud Platforms.
