Maj. Neil Christopher Castelino is a distinguished veteran of the Indian Army, commissioned in September 2003 and serving until 2009 in technical operations. During his military career, he was posted across a diverse range of environments, across the country —gaining invaluable leadership experience in high-stakes, multicultural settings. After his service, he transitioned into senior leadership in the corporate sector, significantly driving operations, policy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across prominent organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industry, Bharti Infratel Limited, and Flipkart

In July 2024, Neil was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports (FIFS), bringing over two decades of leadership excellence spanning defence, industry, and e commerce. His stewardship at FIFS emphasizes building robust partnerships, shaping transparent governance frameworks, and strengthening regulatory mechanisms within the sports tech ecosystem. Maj.
