Harish Pillai has been appointed as the Managing Director of James Douglas Global, marking a significant leadership move in the Talent Solutions space. With over two decades of industry experience, Harish brings unparalleled expertise in Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, MSP, and large-scale talent delivery. In his new role, he will spearhead JD Global’s mission to offer hyper-customized recruitment solutions to clients across BFSI, Technology, Lifesciences, and Manufacturing sectors.
Before joining JD Global, Harish served as the Managing Director of Randstad Enterprise in India, where he led strategic initiatives for enterprise-level recruitment transformation. His earlier 17-year tenure at Allegis Group saw him build out both the RPO business and Technology Staffing verticals, laying a strong foundation for scalable hiring solutions. As one of the earliest RPO leaders in India, he has played a pivotal role in setting up marquee talent acquisition programs for clients such as American Express, Credit Suisse, GE, Deutsche Bank, DXC, CA Technologies, Ericsson, Wells Fargo, and Google.
Harish has consistently demonstrated his ability to build high-performing teams and has overseen the successful delivery of 25,000+ hires annually across complex, multi-domain projects in India and the region.
