Aditi has been appointed as the Director – Customer Excellence & Enablement at Iron Mountain, where she will be leading a global team of customer-centric experts dedicated to enhancing business value through service excellence. This strategic move marks an important milestone in her career, which spans over a decade in sales, business development, and service management across varied sectors including retail, CPG, BFSI, and technology.
Aditi brings to Iron Mountain a strong foundation in enterprise service management and digital transformation, backed by more than 10 years of industry experience. Her past roles at leading organizations such as PepsiCo, Invesco Ltd, and Microsoft, as well as her early career as an Area Sales Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, reflect a career built on cross-industry expertise and a deep understanding of evolving customer needs.
An alumna of ISB Hyderabad, where she earned her MBA with a specialization in marketing and operations, Aditi is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Master in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan. These academic achievements, combined with her action-oriented mindset, make her exceptionally suited to lead Iron Mountain’s Customer Excellence initiatives and deliver transformative outcomes.
