Camco Technologies India Pvt Ltd, the Indian arm of the Belgium-headquartered global leader in port automation, has appointed Surabhi Singh as the Management Office Director, effective April 2025. In this strategic leadership role, Surabhi is tasked with setting up and scaling the Indian operations of Camco Technologies, driving operational excellence and delivering mission-critical solutions across client sites in India.
With a distinguished career spanning nearly a decade at Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) as a Class-I Officer, Surabhi brings a wealth of experience in strategic business leadership, compliance, human resource development, claims settlement, and new business. Her tenure at LIC saw her lead cross-functional teams, manage regulatory audits, and implement ESG initiatives while fostering sustainable transformation across various operational verticals.
Surabhi’s appointment aligns with Camco Technologies’ broader vision of expanding its global footprint and localizing innovation for Indian ports. In her current capacity, she oversees the end-to-end management of key processes and deliverables, ensuring the commissioning and operational readiness of projects. Her leadership style emphasizes structured planning, ethical governance, and collaborative growth—a perfect fit for the high-tech, precision-driven world of port automation.
