In his most recent role at DTSS SIS, he was a key member of the EXCOM team, driving operational strategies and fostering business growth. His extensive background in managing large-scale, multi-location operations makes him a valuable asset to ALLIED Group’s leadership team.
An alumnus of Symbiosis University, Pune, where he completed his Post Graduation in Business Management, Sudhir also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Mumbai. His expertise lies in crafting and executing operational delivery strategies, streamlining non-core corporate services, and nurturing high-performing teams. Recognized for his motivational leadership style, Sudhir has been instrumental in mentoring teams, enhancing productivity, and delivering superior client satisfaction.
