Shujat Ali elevated to Partner at Executive Search Firm - Native. He will lead Tech Startup’s and Wealth Management practices. His elevation marks a key leadership milestone at Native as the firm continues to scale its impact across high-growth sectors with a focus on informed hiring and advisory.


Shujat has been with Native for nearly five years and has played an instrumental role in building out leadership mandates for emerging tech ventures, established startups, and private wealth firms. His previous stints as Director across Pharma, Healthcare, and Private Wealth have helped him develop deep expertise in cross-sector talent strategy, making him a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.


Prior to joining Native, Shujat spent close to a decade at Michael Page India, where he led the Private Banking, Wealth Management & Insurance practice. His earlier experience as a Wealth Manager with ICICI Bank further shaped his strong understanding of client priorities and market nuances—something that now informs his consultative approach to executive search.


In his new role as Partner, Shujat will focus on deepening Native’s relationships across the innovation and investment ecosystem, while mentoring future leaders within the firm.
