He has successfully launched strong marketing campaigns, led go-to-market plans, and worked closely with top FMCG companies in India to grow their business together. He is also known for focusing on what shoppers really want, increasing sales through smart product combinations, and guiding his teams to consistently achieve and exceed their goals.

His ability to balance category expansion with inventory efficiency has helped optimize full-price sell-through and improve replenishment systems. He has built strong vendor partnerships, unlocking visibility income and marketing ROI through joint business plans.
